Stress can affect our sleep, our weight, our eating patterns, our skin, and our overall health, it is one of the worst things for our bodies and minds. It is not always easy to cope with stress especially if you are prone to it, but here are easy ways to lower your cortisol levels and find your inner zen.
The perfect nighttime routine for good sleep
A good night's sleep is fundamental for your overall wellbeing, we should all try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. This may sound like a lot of hours, however, it is the time that our brain needs to unfog and refresh. The secret to a good night's sleep is a sleep routine. Here are some quick and easy ways you can sleep like a baby.
Yoga or mediation: Some nighttime yoga or 5-minute meditation will help you relax your muscles and mind, a great way to unwind after a long day.
