Kalmar ships globally, with the exception of South America and Russia at the moment.
Processing & Delivery Times
Due to the on-going COVID-19 situation, the order processing and shipping time may take a day or two longer. We are doing our utmost best to get orders sent out as soon as we can.
Orders received by 12pm GMT will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed the following business day. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Deliveries within the UK can be expected to arrive in 2-3 working days. Deliveries within the EU can be expected to arrive in 3-5 working days. International deliveries can be expected to arrive in 7-15 days. All UK purchases will be delivered where upon a signature is required. All international purchases will be dispatched by our worldwide shipping partners. Kalmar does not ship on weekends or UK holidays.
Duties & Taxes
All non EU orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) bases. Should the customer incur any additional charges, the customer will have to pay these upon arrival of the shipment in your country.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by local customs.
We accept items in new condition for a full refund provided you have made contact within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the purchase. It is mandatory that items are returned new, unused, with tags and in all original packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to customer.
We will not accept returns on the Wellness products or candles. Should there any issues with the product(s), please contact email@example.com and provide details about the product(s).
Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene sticker is still on the garment. If the sticker is removed the swimwear cannot be returned.
International duty and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return. If you receive an incorrect size or colour, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process your return as soon as possible.
Return of Sale Items
We accept sale items in new condition for a full refund provided you have made contact with Kalmar customer services within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Return Processing TimesOnce your request is received, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted on your card. You will receive an email notification when the refund is fully processed.
