Shipping & Returns
Kalmar ships globally, with the exception of Spain, South America and Russia at the moment.
Orders received by 12pm GMT will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed the following business day. You will receive a tracking number (if applicable) as soon as your package ships. Deliveries within the UK can be expected to arrive in 2-3 working days.
All other international deliveries can be expected to arrive in 7-15 days. All international purchases will be dispatched by our worldwide shipping partners. Kalmar does not ship on weekends or UK holidays.
Duties & Taxes
All EU and International orders will require the customer to pay customs charges upon the arrival of the shipment in your country.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by local customs.
We accept items in new condition for a full refund provided you have made contact within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the purchase. It is mandatory that items are returned new, unused, with tags and in all original packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to customer.
We will not accept returns on the bath & body products or candles unless stated otherwise. Should there be any issues with the product(s), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide details about the product(s).
Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene sticker is still on the garment. If the sticker is removed the swimwear cannot be returned.
International duty and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return. If you receive an incorrect size or colour, please email email@example.com so we can process your return as soon as possible.
Return of Sale Items
We accept sale items in new condition for a full refund provided you have made contact with Kalmar customer services within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
