KALMAR SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Countries

KALMAR ships globally, with the exception of South America and Russia at the moment.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders received by 12pm GMT will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed the following business day. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Deliveries within the UK can be expected to arrive in 2-3 working days. Deliveries within the EU can be expected to arrive in 3-5 working days. International deliveries can be expected to arrive in 7-15 days. All UK purchases will be delivered by DPD upon signature. All international purchases will be dispatched by our worldwide shipping partners. KALMAR does not ship on weekends or UK holidays.

Duties & Taxes

All non EU orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases and duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by local customs.

 

KALMAR RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

We accept non sale items in new condition for a full refund provided you have made contact within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the purchase. It is mandatory that items are returned new, unused, with tags and in all original packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to customer. Swimwear cannot be returned unless due to manufacture’s fault and will need to be assessed by the KALMAR design team. International duty and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return. If you receive an incorrect size or colour, please email info@kalmar.uk.com so we can process your return as soon as possible.

Return of Sale Items

All sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Processing Times

Once your request is received, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted on your card. You will receive an email notification when the refund is fully processed.
