This Joy meditation will uplift your mood and make you feel energised and refreshed. It works best while using any of the Joy products. You can follow this meditation after you apply your Joy Lotion, while you are burning your Joy Candle or apply the Joy Body & Massage Oil to your hands and inhale the different aromas during your meditation.

I would like you to focus on your breathing just for a while - breathing slow long deep breaths from the belly – in and out.

And you may be aware of other noises - inside or outside your room but you can just disregard them, because the only thing of importance right now is YOU - as you allow yourself this time to relax - to drift, dream, and travel deep within to a place of endless possibility, joy, and wonder!

As your mind is drifting and dreaming - I want you to imagine; visualise or get a sense of walking along a beach on a beautiful summer’s morning.

You can decide where this is - it could be a place you have visited in the past, a place you would like to visit, or it could merely be a place you create in your imagination. But whatever you decide - you feel at home here - you feel safe, happy, and full of vitality.

And if you haven’t already, I want you to take your shoes off and feel the warm sand beneath your feet.

And as you walk along the beach - take a moment to fully observe the surroundings – the gentle sound of the waves lapping against the shore.

The sun’s healing rays on your body – filling each and every cell of your body with strength and vitality.

There is nothing as sweet as a morning walk on a summer’s day. It is truly the perfect way to start your day.

I want you now to find a quiet space to sit for a while and enjoy this magical morning and all it has to offer you. 

With nothing else to do – but be fully present – enjoying each and every moment – filing your mind, body and soul with joy and positivity.

Take a moment or two to connect to all that you are GRATEFUL for.

Everything you have created in your life so far…. knowing that there is so much more available – new possibilities – new opportunities – with each and every day.

Breathing in the energy of inspiration and wonder.

As you do – you awaken within you the energy of JOY.

Allow yourself this time to connect to all which is joyful in your life – whether large or small – it doesn’t matter – but by allowing yourself the time to connect to this energy – you allow yourself the possibility to create more JOY in your life.

As you do – you nourish your mind, your body, and your soul - awakening within you a sense of strength and courage to pursue your dreams and make them a reality.

As you now step into a new day filled with wonder and potential - excited for what might unfold – knowing that you have the power and resources to deal with anything that you face today and every other day.

Maybe you could set yourself an intention for the day of how you would like to feel - and get a sense of that intention now. 

Now it is time to bring your awareness back to your body and the room around you. 

Maybe start to wiggle your fingers and toes. 

Take three deep breaths in and out and when you are ready you can gently open your eyes and take a moment to reorientate yourself to the room around - the sights the sounds the smells – knowing that today you carry within your heart the strength, the JOY, and courage of the morning sun.
