Manifesting is the act of making a desire true through thoughts, attraction, and beliefs. It is trusting that the Universe will give you exactly what you need when you need it, what is yours will come. Law of Attraction is one crucial point in manifestation, it’s one of the 12 universal laws stating that thoughts, feelings, people, and objects tend to migrate towards other things that are the same. Your positive thoughts attract positive experiences and negative thoughts attract negative experiences. 

What is as important as the Law of Attraction is the Law of Resonance. So what is the Law of Resonance? Objects, bodies, thoughts, etc are in constant movement which is commonly referred to as vibrations. The idea of the Law of Resonance is that When the vibration of a thing is projected, it attracts the energies of the same vibrations. The two laws work hand in hand, your conscious and subconscious need to be manifesting the same thing.

This being said, it is important to heal yourself before manifesting. Once you are healed, all you have to do is start! 

There are eight principles of manifestation: 

  1. Believe in yourself. It is harder said than done, but you need to remember that you have the power to be what you want to be. We believe that what you cultivate, you become. 
  2. Plan. Write down what your goals are, where you would like to be and who you would like to be. Visualise the person you aspire to become. 
  3. Surround yourself with positivity: A support system is crucial for mental wellbeing. We can’t always be happy or succeed in everything we do, we are humans we make mistakes. A healthy support system will stand by you and help you pick yourself up when you are down. 
  4. 369 method: write down what you want to manifest 3 times in the morning, 6 times throughout the day, and 9 times in the evening.
