  1. Self-awareness: Once you understand yourself and your timings it will become a lot easier to create a healthy schedule for you. If you find yourself being more productive and energetic in the mornings, perhaps you are an early bird. Try to move your body and get most of your work done in the mornings, this will help you optimise your time. If you are the opposite then you might be a night owl. If so, it will be best to dedicate your energy-consuming activities to the nighttime. 
  2. Walk: Walking is one of the best forms of exercise for your body. Try to get in an hour of walking a day. It will help you in the long run with circulation, fitness, and overall mental health.
  3. Journaling: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can be very therapeutic. It is a great way to step back and actually understand what it is that we are feeling and it can help you rationalise any anxious thoughts you may have. Carry a journal with you and when you have the time and the need you can just write down what is going on in your mind. In the morning it is very beneficial to write down your intentions for the day. 
  4. Balance: Finding the right balance in life can be difficult. Balance with work, with fitness, with food, with socialising, and so on can make a huge impact on your well-being. The key to balance is to listen to your body. Your body will give you all the answers you need, all you have to do is listen to it.
