Shipping Countries

Kalmar ships globally, with the exception of Spain, South America and Russia at the moment. 

Processing Times

Orders received by 12pm GMT will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed the following business day. You will receive a tracking number (if applicable) as soon as your package ships. Deliveries within the UK can be expected to arrive in 2-3 working days.

All other international deliveries can be expected to arrive in 7-15 days. All international purchases will be dispatched by our worldwide shipping partners. Kalmar does not ship on weekends or UK holidays.

Duties & Taxes

All EU and International orders will require the customer to pay customs charges upon the arrival of the shipment in your country.

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by local customs.

Returns Policy- 30 day happiness guarantee

We know you will be exceptionally happy with our products – that’s why we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we can definitely find you a suitable replacement, or offer your money back.

International duty and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Return Processing Times

Once your request is received, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted on your card. You will receive an email notification when the refund is fully processed.
