This week in My Kalmar, Hedvig Sagfjord Opshaug selects five pieces from our wellbeing and resort wear collections that allow her to reconnect with her inner self.

' Summer might have come to an end, but that doesn't really change what I'm wearing at home. I tend to wear mostly resort and comfortable lounging pieces with a luxurious feel, all year long. I just make sure to turn up the heating (!).

' Even at home, I like to glam up for myself. I don't need the excuse of visitors to do so – it's healthy to maintain that self love. This loose golden Silvana dress will also be perfect for the many dinner parties to come leading up to the festive season; doubtless there will be a few.

' Kaftans are a staple in my wardrobe. I wear them at home all the time, and I can't wait to bring this gorgeous silky Sultana number with me to the beach, whenever the next trip will be. Until then...

' Who doesn't love a relaxed suit that works equally well as a chic PJ, as for that #WFH Zoom call? I especially like this one for the tailoring; it is both soft and sharp and oh so comfortable.

' Swimsuits are more than beachwear. They have become my go-to with jeans, as I often find the fit and fabric better than normal bodies. I also sometimes wear them practising my daily yoga at home. If it worked for Fonda, it works for me.

' With all the time spent at home this year I've burned through countless scented candles, and I love a scent that does more than just smell delicious. Kalmar's scented candles are specifically created to awaken the senses. They are all mood lifters, too: they contain time-honoured gemstones and olfactory elements that have the power to uplift and rebalance the energy. The latter is so needed, in 2020.
